For this month’s “Financial” Wednesday Workshop, we will get into “How and Why to form an LLC for your Real Estate business.” We are excited to welcome local attorney Lisa Miller for this discussion.
Lisa F. Miller is a business lawyer with over 19 years of experience in real estate law, construction law, contracts, and environmental law. She owned and operated two small businesses, and now advises both entities and individuals in transactional matters, as well as litigation and lobbying. Her quick grasp of business considerations allows her to handle even complex matters efficiently, and provide clients with elegant solutions that align with their business mission and structure.
