In-Person Wednesday Workshop: “What should you look for in a Business Coach?”

We are excited to welcome Rick Thomas, Business Advisor and owner of First Generation Advisors, who will discuss “What Realtors should look for in a Business Coach” during this month’s financial Wednesday Workshop. 

Entrepreneurship is hard. As a Realtor, you are a business owner and must navigate your own path to success. At some point, you will learn some things come easier to you than others. The role of a good business coach is to help you realize both your strengths and weaknesses in order to overcome what is most challenging, with equal parts direction, encouragement, and accountability.

Rick has been a consultant, financial advisor, and executive coach to business owners and entrepreneurs since 2005. While he makes his home in Clark County, WA, he has worked with owners and executives across the US, Canada, Australia and South Africa in a variety of industries such as staffing and recruiting, construction and architecture, wineries, manufacturing and distribution, as well real estate and mortgage.
