Robin will be presenting on land use planning in Oregon. The
presentation will include a review of what makes Oregon’s land use
planning system unique, an overview of what you’ll find in a zoning code
and why it’s important when looking at real estate transactions. The focus
will be on the City of Portland’s zoning code, Title 33, however, material
provided will be applicable to other jurisdictions in the Portland Metro
Region. Substantial time will be provided for Q & A.
