Virtual CE Class – Dispute Resolution with First American Title

We welcome back Kevin Harker, Attorney and Partner at HARKER LEPORE. Kevin will cover the all-important Mediation and Arbitration processes as well as what to expect in the Dispute Resolution Process for Real Estate Professionals. 

Kevin’s legal experience comes from a wide range of areas, including civil litigation, construction defect litigation, business entity formation, HOA, and landlord-tenant law. During law school he worked for the legal department of SEIU Local 503 assisting with union member grievances and arbitrations.

Kevin has practiced community association law for the last 11 years, litigating construction defect cases, handling assessment collection, revising governing documents, and serving as legal counsel to HOAs in WA, OR and UT. For over a decade, Kevin worked at a regional HOA law firm. In December 2014 Kevin formed Community Association Law Group and continues to represent, and advocate for, community associations.
